Originally built to assist us in our claim audit practice, “SaltGear” Suite will be offered for customer use in the future. Two years ago, we developed a software application to help us more effectively and efficiently perform claim audits. No more spreadsheets. “Salt Audit”, our first SaltGear tool, captures all the necessary claim audit elements required to generate our audit reports and claim file plans (yes, we provide our customers with claim file plans for every claim we audit). We developed Salt Audit with our customers in mind - for each audit, the application is adapted to capture information that is relevant to the customer’s audit goals and objectives. Although there are consistent elements in each audit, no two audits are exactly alike. The latest release of Salt Audit is web enabled to enhance remote accessibility, multiple user flexibility and security.
